Jacqueline Westgate Obituary
17th December at St Wilfrid's Hospice aged 66 years.
Jackie was much loved and will be very sadly missed by all her loving family, friends and everyone who knew her.
Her funeral service is to be held at Chichester Crematorium on Thursday 13th January at 1.15pm.
Family flowers only please.
