(nee Sleep) Wife of Gordon, mother of Rebecca, Sam., & Naomi.
Only daughter of Ann & Bernard Sleep, sister of Nicholas & Matthew.
Passed away at home Thursday
8th March 2018 after a long
hard-fought battle, aged 45 years.
She will be immeasurably missed by
all her family and friends.
Family only at
Shepton Mallet Crematorium, at
12.00 noon on Monday 26th March.
All welcome to a service of thanksgiving at 1pm
Pilton Methodist Chapel.

We are deeply saddened by the news of Jackie passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
We'll keep a nice memory of her when we met her in Pilton while we were together with Eva and as a guest in your house.
