Jaime Garcia Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Aug. 2, 2024.
Jaime R. Garcia, known affectionately as "Bossie," passed away peacefully and surrounded by his loved ones on August 1, 2024, at the age of 72 in Allentown, PA. Born on February 13, 1952, in Mission, TX, Jaime was a beloved figure in his community and an accomplished entrepreneur.

Jaime's life was marked by his kindness, generosity, and an infectious sense of humor. He had a knack for making everyone around him laugh and was deeply loved by his family and friends. Jaime was a true family man who cherished his time with his family. His hobbies included anything food related, watching TikTok videos, his chihuahuas, making his grandchildren laugh, playing with his grandpups and ordering the latest gadgets from Amazon.

He attended Mission High School and went on to establish himself as a successful entrepreneur, which allowed him to touch many lives. Jaime's entrepreneurial spirit was as vibrant as his personality, always looking for new opportunities to grow and innovate.

Jaime is survived by his wife, Anastacia Garcia; his children, Jaime Garcia Jr., Eddie (Lauren) Garcia, and Anna (Vince) Cirimele; his four beloved grandsons; and his sister, Thelma Hinojosa. He was preceded in death by his parents, Arnoldo and Josefina Garcia, and his brothers, Francisco and Manuel Garcia.

A memorial service will be held in the McAllen/Mission, TX area, with the date to be announced later. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Texas Chihuahua Rescue or The Rio Grande Children's Home in honor of Jaime's love for animals and his compassionate spirit. Jaime's legacy of love, laughter, and selflessness will be cherished and remembered by all who knew him.

My Tío Jaime. I can´t believe you´re gone. You will always have a special place in my heart. I´m happy to know that you always considered me as one of your own. There´s countless memories we shared that I could write a book about. From family life events, bbq´s, holidays, vacations, eating at hidden gem restaurants, and me and my Tia Tata´s favorite; going to Spurs games. My heart is broken and I only wished you could´ve met Baby Trey but I know you´re watching over him from up above. Te extraño mucho, Bossie.

We first met Jaime when our son, Vince was lucky enough to marry Jaime's lovely daughter, Anna.

Jaime was a fun good humored man who enjoyed and loved his wife Anistacia and his family. Jaime enjoyed good food and I know he also had a place in his heart for Chihuaha doggies!

In honor of Jaime, we have donated a sum of money to the Chihuahua Rescue Fund. Jaime would be pleased, I'm sure!

God bless you all who were blessed with Jaime in your life's journey,

Tio Jaime,I will miss your smile and laughs. I will remember our roads trips when we would play " The Eye Spy" game. You always had a way to make those road trips seem shorter and we got to our destination faster. You will truly be missed. Rest in paradise! I love you always and FOREVER!

I met Jaime in 2010 during a Christmas get together. I remember him being a huge spurs fan and going to games together. Such a sweet spirit about him and so much love for his family! He will be greatly missed!
