James Aldred Obituary
ALDRED, James Alexander "Jimbo" - Of Flint, age 63, died Saturday, June 11, 2022 at McLaren-Flint.
Funeral service will be held 2pm Saturday, June 18, 2022 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint.
Cremation will take place following the service.
Visitation 12noon Saturday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
James was born in Flint, Michigan on August 9, 1958, the son of William and Ada (Moore) Aldred. He was a Master Plumber and owner of Jim Dandy Plumbing and Home Improvement.
Surviving are children, Angie, Josh, Jackie, Jenna and Selina Aldred;
step-daughter, Gina Marie;
brother, Billy William Aldred (Tammy);
7 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews he loved dearly.
He was preceded in death by his long-term girlfriend, Jill Mangapora, parents, William and Ada Aldred, brothers, Ryan and Jerry Aldred, sister, Selina Chamberlain and brother-in-law, Rick Chamberlain.

Jimmy Aldred will always be remembered in all of our hearts, a very close friend to me and my family when we were growing up in Flint Michigan. Many many many many memories together, great memories. I loved him so dearly and I am so sad he is gone. He was a fighter and a tough guy right up to his last minutes.
My dad was kind, compassionate, and loved his family more than anything.
I will miss him so much and I will mourn our shared dreams and plans we had that will now not come to pass.
I´ll miss our dad and his sweetheart jill- who passed away while he was in the hospital.
Dad and Jill were together for over twenty years and we´re inseparable. They loved each other very much and now they are together again.
