Dear Mark: I am honored and blessed to have known and worked at the Pan Pan Restaurant with your father, James Russell Barrow. He was truly a blessing in my life and I will miss him dearly. May my condolences bring you comfort and may my prayers ease the pain of this loss. Love, and God's blessings.

Our loved ones never leave our side. May the soul of my brother James Russell Barrow Rest in Paradise.

My brother, James Russell Barrow, lived a Purpose Driven Life and was indeed a highly respected businessman in the Harlem community. James was a source of strength, stability, and consistency. His strong work ethic reminded me so much of our beloved father, the late Claude Barrow.
It would be difficult to measure the impact he has had on the many people's lives that he touched, personally and professionally. His leadership, enthusiasm, and commitment to helping others while operating the PAN PAN RESTAURANT located in Harlem, NYC, leaves a respectable legacy. Winners are not people who never fail, but people who never quit. It goes without saying James Russell Barrow will always be known as a WINNER.
Please know that James will be missed and greatly remembered. There is no doubt that he has heard the words, Well done, good and faithful servant. Matthew 25:23 (KJV) To Mark, family and friends, I am praying that God will give you the hope and strength you need.
