Warner Robins, GA- Service for Mr. Dinkins will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 17, 2016 at Nelson's Memorial Mortuary Chapel. Interment will be in OakGrove Baptist Church cemetery. Byron, GA.
Survivors include his children, sister, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be 10:00am Saturday, one hour prior to service.
