JAMES FLANNERY Obituary
Age 82, of South Fayette Twp., formerly of Monroeville, peacefully on February 8, 2011. To know Jim, was to love him. Son of the late Lawrence and Catherine (Rohan) Flannery, beloved husband of Patricia (Connell) Flannery, loving father of James C. (Eleanor) Flannery, Gary R. (Rose Mary) Flannery and Lawrence P. Flannery, proud and devoted grandfather of Meghan, James K., Tara, Brian, Timothy and Shannon Flannery, brother of the late Margaret Flannery, Martina Hoffman and Nancy Flannery, also survived by many nieces and nephews. Friends received Wednesday, 7-9 PM and Thursday, 2-4 & 7-9 PM, in the WARCHOL FUNERAL HOME, INC., 3060 Washington Pike, Bridgeville (412-221-3333). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, 9 AM, in Holy Child Parish. Family suggests memorials to Holy Child Parish, 212 Station St., Bridgeville, PA 15017.

Dearest Jimmy, I just learned of the death of your father. May you take comfort in knowing that you had a wonderful father and your mother had a wonderful devoted husband. He was a great family man. May you find comfort in your memories of him. My thoughts are prayers are with you always.

What fond memories I have of the Flannery Family. They were kind to me as a young mother and bride. I can still see all of you sitting on the porch and having a family gathering.
