JAMES JOHN FORIER

James John Forier was Born July 13th, 1978 and was welcomed to Eternal rest on June 5th, 2023. James (Jimmy) at a young age taught himself to play the guitar and became an amazing musician, writing many original songs and being placed on an official ballot as a nominee for the Grammy Awards. James moved to Florida in 2010 after taking a leap of faith by leaving New York and shortly after married the love of his life, Stephanie Peterson, in 2011. They welcomed their angel baby, Mila, in 2014 and rainbow baby, Rhiannon, in 2018. His biggest pride was being a father, and he was an amazing one, at that. He was a hard worker by his very nature, meticulous and thoughtful.

James was diagnosed early 2022 with an aggressive gastric cancer and fought with every ounce of heart and soul for his family. Sadly, James passed away after a year and a half battle. His body succumbed peacefully, surrounded by his loved ones.

James is survived by his Wife and Daughter, Stephanie and Rhiannon, Father - John Forier (Marie Testa), Mother - Helene Forier, Father-in-law - Richard Peterson (Angela Moltzen) Siblings - Jason Forier (Elizabeth Forier), John Forier, Russell Forier, Lisa Reilly, Danielle Forier, Nick Peterson (Natalie Peterson), and Richard Peterson (Lisa Peterson) as well as his nieces and nephew, Lily, Kylie, Alyssa, Katelyn and Jaxon along with many other family members (both human and of the feline species) and countless friends, heavenly and earthside, that he's made along the way. He was loved by many and is dearly missed.

His Celebration of Life will be commemorated on Sunday July 16th, 2023 at the Frances Langford Pavilion, Indian Riverside Park, in Stuart FL from 11:30am - 3pm. All are welcome to attend.
