As I look at this empty space the many memories of Jim and Kathleen flood my thoughts. I can only offer our deepest sympathy to the Giambalvo family and the hope that time will soften the pain.

May the Lord hold you in the palm of his hand during this difficult time.

Dear Kathleen, I want to send my sincere condolences on Jim's passing away. I am a United Airlines employee, and met Jim several years ago onboard a flight to Seattle. I was equally impressed by his great sense of humor as well as his sense of purpose to his chosen life. I considered him to be a good friend and was quite upset when I received your e-mail. I am so sorry to hear that you have lost him, Kathleen, and I can only say that I'm happy he was able to benefit from a few years of sun and surf in his beloved Hawaii. Thank you for letting me know about his passing. I was touched that you took the time to write to his friends and let them know....Sincerely, Susie Naye
