Lewis M. Hard of Columbus, OH passed away on August 21, 2014 at Harford Memorial Hospital in Havre de Grace, MD. He was 75. He is survived by his devoted wife of 42 years Trela M. Hard.
Mr. Hard was born in Columbus, OH to the late David F. and Reba P. (Humphreys) Hard.
He was the loving father to Jennifer L. Hard and her companion David Iversen, Brian L. Hard and his wife Amy, and Karen Y. Hard. He was the brother to Betty Jane Darling and was predeceased by James F. Hard.
Mr. Hard had retired from the United States Air Force after serving more than 22 years. He was a veteran of the Vietnam war and served his country as a Security Police Officer until his retirement.
Services will be held at the Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
