Jim and I were classmates at Fountain Valley School in Colorado Springs. I really got to know Jim when we were the only two students in a Russian History class. And we have been in touch ever since. I visited Jim in Delaware when he drove his coach and matched team of horses and served a cordon bleu dinner afterwards. Quite a feat. On another occasion, I took my sister to his home in Delaware so she could go fox hunting. She was used to thoroughbreds, so straddling a coaching horse was a unique experience. The last time I saw Jim was with my wife Andie when he visited us at our home in Durango, CO, He came to ride the Durango Silverton Narrow Gauge RR as part of a rail tour. We had a great visit. Usually, I'd get a Christmas card every year from Jim, but not in 2019. I guess he was not to it. I'll miss him. He was a good friend. Rudy & Andie Davison, Durango, Colorado

I was a friend of Jims since our high school days at Millbrook. I visited him three times in the past year. I would appreciate it if one of his nieces would call me at 914-456-2827. Thank you.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow. You certainly knew how to put on a lavish holiday dinner party.

Jim was my very first friend at Prime Timers. We both lived on the Peninsula and enjoying meeting up for dinner. May you rest in peace, Jim. My condolences to his friends and family.
