James Mattingly Obituary
He was formerly employed by David Construction as a general contractor.
He was preceded in death by his father, James Lewis Mattingly; and his mother, Joyce Ann (Hammond) Mattingly.
James is survived by his sister, Laura Mattingly; half-brother, Johnny Dennison; two half- sisters, Catherine Dennison and Linda Broussard; four nephews; three nieces; one great-nephew; and aunts, uncles and girlfriend.
A memorial service in his honor will be held at a later date.

I miss this fellow that I have worked with...paddled and hiked with...have shared a fire along the river with ... while figuring out the next most important thing to do in life.
