Jim was the most amazing step father , willing to take on two more daughters as his own. He enriched my life with his humor and kind advice as I went through planning to become a counselor. It was he who steered me from the school program into the more broad mental health field. Even though he lived his 35 years in the school system he saw school counselor jobs shrinking. This was one example of his wisdom and caring. He played a role in my life that he did not need to, my life was so enriched by his love and kindness. He will be missed. Thanks to all of his old pals who came to his service sharing their memories of his young years. Blessings to all of you. Deb
