Dear Julie, I just learned of James passing this week. Michael Adams, a coworker of James told me. I worked with James as the employee benefits and insurance advisor while he was at Cliffs Drilling Company. James was a wonderful man and I am honored to have worked with him and to have known him. All the best to you and your family Bill Williams

Julie & Kevin - I'm incredibly sorry to hear about James. He was my favorite humorist and joke teller at the Quick gatherings. I could ALWAYS count on him to brighten up the conversation and my spirits. He could make any person feel comfortable and welcome when he was in the room.
I also appreciated his perception on things. At Eileen's memorial he reminded me of something about her that I had forgotten, and to this day, is ever present in my mind when reminiscing. James spoke of how much class Eileen had. Well, it takes one to know one and James was a class act himself.

Hi Julie. It's Jan Reego, Corbett, Blythe. My brother Jim told me. I am so sorry and sad. Have very fond memories of you and James from back in the day. Those were the days weren't they? We were all just babies; we just thought we were grown ups! My fondest wishes for you and most sincerely my condolences.

Dear Julie and Kevin,
Very sorry to hear the sad news about James. It was a privilege to know him and I have many fond memories of working with James both in Houston and London. James made difficult issues look straightforward and was never caught off guard by any situation. Underwriters at Lloyd's of London will also remember James fondly despite the excellent job he did for his company in collecting some difficult claims. James was also a keen tennis player and moved around the court with surprising agility from personal experience. some lovely memories to cherish of a very fine individual.
Many condolences at this difficult time.

Julie and Kevin, I couldn't be more shacked or saddened by James' passing. He was a good friend. I roomed with him at UT for 2+ years and we experienced a great college life. I have many fond memories of James and you Julie, as well. Kevin, when you were born you were the light in your dad's smile and eyes! He loved you. I will miss my friend!
Love to you all and I hope you get strength through our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Please stay in touch!
