James Moran Obituary
On Monday, January 7, 2008. Beloved husband of Rose Marie Moran; father of James (Jeanie), Dennis (Margaret), William (Marie), Steven and Gregory (Gail) Moran; grandfather of Evan (Megan) and Kevin Moran; brother of Frank (Mary) Moran; also survived by nieces, nephews and their families. Preceded in death by Walter, Mary Alice Powell, Thomas, Patrick and Richard Moran. Friends welcome Tuesday 6-9pm and Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9pm at the BRUSCO-NAPIER FUNERAL HOME, LTD., Broadway and Shiras Aves. (Beechview). Mass of Christian Burial Thursday at 10am in St. Catherine of Siena Church. Interment St. John Vianney Cemetery, Brownsville Road. James was a member of the American Legion Post #156.

Please know how we feel about Uncle Jim. He was a gentle and loving man. God will be happy to greet him at heavens door. I'm sure Dad, Walt, will enjoy having him join him in the life eternal..

I am very sorry to hear of Jim's passing. I worked for Jim when he managed the E.W. Tire store in Bloomfield back in the 1970's, and I later worked there with Greg. I have a lot of fond memories of Jim. As a boss, he was very reasonable and fair, and on a personal level, he was funny and kind. I've thought about him many times over the years. Today my thoughts are with Greg and the rest of Jim's family. Please accept my sincere condolences.
