Aunt Dot, Brenda, Jimmy and Jackie,
I remember Uncle Jim as a very warm and caring man. I had the pleasure to take care of him when he was ill and it was nice to get to see him more often. I'm sorry I could not attend the wake/funeral due to work but, I was with you in thought and prayer. May God bless you all and keep you in His good care. I'm sure that Uncle Jim is smiling down on you from above.

Lots of love to you all.

Mrs. Moreland, Brenda, Stephen and Christa - A wonderful man is now watching over you. I know Dale welcomed him and is there showing him around and they are both smiling down on each of you.

May the wonderful memories you have comfort you and know that you were lucky to have had a man like him in your life.

My condolences to each of you and the rest of your family.

Love always,
Marylou

My papa was the best. He did everything for us kids. I remember every christmas he and nana would come over to our house and we would have to wait to open gifts until they got there. He would let me do his hair with all my fancy baretts. He didnt care how silly he looked because it made me happy. I remember when i was a teenager i would sit downstairs with him and he would ramble on about the war he fought for us and how he used to be growing up. To this day i wish i would have paid closer attention and got more information out of him becasue he was and is an amazing person with alot of life experience.I remember riding my bike around the block with my friends and seeing him mowing the lawn with his hat on. I remember watching him and harley sleeping on his reclinder and how happy they looked together. I can only hope to Marry a man as wonderful as my papa was. i will always miss him but know he is always in my heart.

I want to extend my condolences on your loss. I will never forget you and Jim, we have known each other for many years, through the good and bad times, but your caring devotion always shined through. I know Jim cared greatly for you and his family, it always showed through in his smiles and sense of humor. He will be greatly missed. Stay strong and God Bless

My heart is saddened by the news of my "other" Dad's passing. I will always remember the time spent at Jim & Dot's home and the laughter and good times shared. May God bless you all during this difficult time.

I wish to express sincere condolences to the best neighbors I have ever had in my life. All of Jim's family.
Without Jim's involvement I might not have purchased the house I have. Every time I stopped by to look at the house prior to puchase Jim would suddenly pop up and fill me in with information about the house and the community. Construction, history, the people who had lived there before. On one visit Jim said now was a good time to make an offer (wink, wink). I did and made a good purchase.
I have missed Jim these past years but now know that he is being rewarded for his good life and caring for and helping others.
