Jaime was always there for anyone who needed her. She was a free spirit with a good heart. She was my best friend, more than my cousin. We grew up together. She was an aunty to my daughter, she was who I went to whenever things just weren't going right for me. Jaime would drop everything to help me when I needed her. She was always making me laugh. Not a day has gone by where I don't think of her and just how bright she would shine. She was a beacon of light to those around her. She wanted nothing more than to live her life freely and be accepted for she was. In life and in death I did and will continue to honour that. To honour her. She was courageous, brave, smart, talented, she loved music and dancing. She loved her chosen family and friends, she adored phoebe. Phoebe misses her so much. Losing her has been such a tragedy. You'll forever be in my heart and mind Jaime. I hope you're given 'em a run for their money. Setting those stars on fire.

I have so many memories. So many laughs were shared. James was more than my cousin, we were best friends. Every family gathering, I remember, it was James and me, while everyone else was with everyone else. I miss the talks we would have. I miss the laughs, the jokes. I miss how good James was to my daughter. Genuinely wanted to do right by her, and he did. Phoebe misses you so much, I miss you so much.

This was one of our favourite photos together. Nothing special was going on that day we were just visiting enjoying the weather. Those were our favourite times.

I can't even begin to describe my thoughts on losing James. He was my best friend. We cared so much for each other and there is no replacing him. I wish there was more I could do. More I could say. Praying for healing and comfort in these difficult times.
