Jim Nixon was right at the top of my lifelong list of wonderful human beings we met at a spiritual program in the Castro decades ago and stayed spiritually and emotionally connected until his death.
He was a repeat real estate client, a fellow southerner, and I admired his deep spiritual core greatly.
Bottom line for me is that I loved this man so much and he was one of the dearest friends of my entire life. He leaves a big big void.
