Age 87, on Nov. 9, 2002, after a short illness; he was the beloved husband of Ora Chamberlin Noble, celebrating their 66th Anniversary on Aug. 7 with friends at Concordia Haven in Cabot, PA. He was born in Scotland; the son of the late William & Elizabeth King Noble; he is survived by his son John; and daughter-in-law Dolores Noble of St Petersburg, FL; and daughter Jeanie; and son-in-law David Woncheck; he was preceded in death by his son James K. Noble, Jr; he is also survived by five grandsons; two granddaughters; 10 great-grandchildren; and his brother, Stuart Noble. Jim retired from Mesta Machine Co in 1977 after 43 years of service. He was an active member of Munhall #4 Volunteer Fire Co. for 45 years, the Homestead Amity & McCandless Lodge #582. A Scout Leader for Cubs Troop 4 & Explorers. He was also involved with the programs of Homestead Park United Methodist Church, before moving to Cabot where he became an associate member of Grace United Methodist Church. He was well known for his creative accomplishments in the woodshop and participation in the Hymn Singing Group at Concordia Haven. Friends received on Wed. 2-4 & 7-9 pm at the FOX FUNERAL HOME, 4120 Main St, Saxonburg. Services will be in Grace United Methodist Church, 1333 Freeport Rd, Natrona Hts on Thurs 11:00 am. Everyone is to meet at Church. No flowers. Memorial donations may be made to the donor's choice. Arrangements by GEORGE IRVIN GREEN FUNERAL HOME, INC., 3511 Main Street, Munhall.
