James was a very special man. He was my father. Some of the special memories i hold in my heart.I remember going on family trips to Rhode Island with him, him helping me with my homework, riding along side of him while he was plowing. Him giving me rides to work, and then teaching me to drive on the back roads in Barre. I also remember him tring to help me save money, he welded me a piggy bank so i couldnt break into it. I remember him trying to scare away my boyfriends when they were brought home to meet him. My most precious memory is him walking me down the aisle on my wedding day. But most of all he was a strong willed, determined man, who went through kemo, fought his hardest and lost his battle. My heart is heavy, and i am sad, but he'll live in my heart forever. My condolences go out to my family.

Jim was our neighbor and was one of the best neighbors anyone could have. He and Bev have always been very helpful and friendly. I remember one winter day not long after we moved here when Jim was a lifesaver, helping us with frozen pipes and a car that wouldn't start on a tough day. So grateful to have such wonderful neighbors, and so sorry to hear of his passing. He will be missed.
