Jimmy was a very gentle man and a good friend. He remains in my mind and heart.

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.
I worked with Jimmie for several years. Always a true gentleman and still sadly missed.

Officer Pistorius - You were such a nice guy. You would make me laugh with seemingly negative comments, but your actions showed that you cared about doing a good job, you cared about the Infirmary, and you cared about the safety of the inmates. Hope it comforts you to know that change is on the horizon at ACJ - although you will still be sorely missed.

Jimmy , you were at times my saving grace.
Whenever I needed a laugh you would always

Please accept my sincere condolences on the passing of Jim. Jim and I grew up together on Pioneer Avenue when we were young boys. Years later, Jim came to work at the Allegheny Bureau of Corrections as a correctional officer where I had the great pleasure in reconnecting with an old friend, and a fine correctional officer.
