James was one of my favorite students at FLHS. He was a delight to teach and always lit up the classroom with his wonderful charismatic smile. I am very sad that he is gone. May God comfort you during this time of immense sorrow.

On behalf of the Volunteers at Race City, our thoughts and prayers are with you all in this time of sorrow. I had the pleasure of meeting James at the track, He always had a smile on his face even if he lost the race. my son will be sadden that his favorite "race Truck" will no longer be coming out on Fridays. No matter how James did in a race he always had a smile and called my son little buddy when he would stop to get him time slip.

James and I had great times together back in 2002-2004 when I lived down the street. Although we had not spoken in months; I'll never forget the laughter.
