There is never a goodbye. There are always memories and heart's photos, voices, and loving nicknames to replay. Your legacy from your father, Frank, who predeceased you and greeted you that early hour in June 2009, and from your mom, Mary, who had to leave you and your brother and sister in your teens, will be carried on through your children and grandchildren with whom I enjoy a close relationship. I say back to you, Jim, ya love! Thank you for visiting my dreams.

Almost 12 years and I still think of you and remember all the wonderful times we had. Working for you was more than just a job, it was a family. I wish I could have a day with you again, I have so much to tell you. I know you are hanging out nearby and every time I hear a train whistle, I know that's you saying hello! I miss you Dr. Shorts! I loved our halloween dress up days, and all the little gas light pranks we did. You made every day a little more fun! You lived your life on your terms and I strive to live my life the same way! Until I see you again, XOXO

Not a day goes by that I dont think of you on one way or another. Many life lessons I have learned are because of you. The most important one is to never stop playing and enjoying life! Miss ya Dr. Shorts!!!! Lol

Good Ole Jimmy. You always hated when I called you that. You have been so much more than a boss to me over the past 12 years. You had become my friend and father figure. Some of the things that I will miss most are our morning chats, our office pranks on each other, and our halloween dress up days. I will always remember and try to embrace and carry on your spirit and joy of life. I will carry with me so many life lessons and important words of wisdom you have shared with me. I am mourning because I am so selfish, and will miss you. I know you are in a better place and at peace. I will NEVER forget! My boss, my father figure, my friend. Rest in peace.

Jocelyn,
I only met your Dad a few times, but he had a way of leaving a great impression on me each time. I met you once, not knowing exactly who you were, but afterwards saw what a great job your Dad did in raising you. I'm sure he was very proud of you as a daughter.
My prayers are with you and your family at this time and always. If there is anything I can do for you, please don't hesitate to call.

My love, my Darling Jim. It took 40 odd years for us to reclaim that high school love we had sparked. We made a superb team, didn't we! We had a lot of fun and shared a deep love. I was proud to be with you as you embarked on your new journey. I know you have found your peace, and we will enjoy each other again one day. You have many friends who are sorrowed on this day, but your family is rejoicing at your remarkable zest for life even though you leave us at this time. ...your wife in spirit...
