I have many fond memories of Jim from the 1980's. When I first came to Canada in 1980, my first business dealing was with Jim. We drilled gas wells down in Oklahoma at which time I met Tim Hamilton. Jim was a lot of fun to be around and I enjoyed my business dealings with him. I was going to Costa Rica on a recently built boat later this year. Russ Zaharko had kept me updated about Jim, and was looking forward to looking Jim up down there. I am so sorry that he passed at what to me is a young age. We will miss him.

Sorry to the family of James Sparrow for your loss. My Mother in law's maiden name was Sparrow and I do family history. I'm pretty certain that Sparrow's in Alberta are related with the Sparrow's in B.C. Contact me if we have something in common with this name. Thank You.
