I feel like you really get to know someone in a unique way when you serve together in various capacities at your church. Mike was a great Deacon for many years and I am fortunate to have served with him. He had a deep and sincere love for his church and for each and every family at Lebanon Baptist. He will be missed but his influence will continue. My most sincere condolences to Peggy, Cara, Andy and the entire family.

My condolences to the family. Mike trained me in osp engineering back in the early 90s in the Fayetteville engineering office. He was awesome to work with and very funny. He also had a very good work ethic, well most of the time. We did have fun taking field notes and putting out corn for deer, all work related of course. In fact he carried me on the deer hunting trip that I shot my first deer. He will be missed by many folks and we are all better for having known him.

I am so grateful for knowing Mike Tew. He made me laugh so hard sometimes I would cry! I'll never forget his impression of Elvis Presley. Mike was so loved and appreciated for his talent and service, what a great brother - my life has been so blessed by knowing him! Enjoy your reward brother!

Mike was a wonderful man who loved Peggy and his family so much! He was a such a Godly example of what a father and husband should be. I enjoyed knowing and working with him in the old CT&T days. May God surround you all with comfort and peace during this time of loss.

I will always remember his kind hearted nature. The love he had for his parents as well as his family. I took care of his parents for over a year and he never missed his morning coffee with them. I will keep his family in prayer.

Mike was a one of a kind man! He loved to tease and enjoyed playing the gift exchanges with him at Sunday school parties. He laughed ever so hard. He recently tried jumping in the coffee spout to grab his cup of coffee at our women´s conference. I let him snag his cup reminding him not to splatter coffee on my pink shirt. We both laughed at our mutual love for coffee!! May hubby served with him as a deacon and we agreed that Mike could recite the bylaws at Lebanon Baptist like a champ! God bless this family.
