Survivors, in addition to his mother, Marge Wiggins of Charlotte, N.C., and his father, Joe Wiggins of Timmonsville, include his wife, Connie, of Florence; his children, Ryan Wiggins and Kristin Wiggins of Statesville, N.C.; his sister, Lori Rosbrugh and her husband, Jeff Rosbrugh, of Wrightsville Beach, N.C.; two nephews, Jared Rosbrugh and Dylan Rosbrugh of Wrightsville Beach; his grandmothers, Mary Gallagher and Joyce Wiggins, both of Florence; his aunt, Chris Wallace and her husband, David Wallace, of Mechanicsburg, Pa.; an uncle, Tony Sams of Myrtle Beach; and two cousins, Kendall Wallace and Shaye Erhard of Pennsylvania. He was predeceased by his biological father, Billy Sams.
The family will have a private graveside service. Arrangements are being made by Waters-Powell Funeral Home of Florence.

Marge, I am so very sorry to here about your loss as the days come I hope the hurt that you feel will get better we each day and the memories of your son will forever be in your heart.
