Today is July 20, 2020. I had a fond memory of a landlord that I absolutely adored! It is sad in my heart to know that he has passed on Jim Wolverton was by far the best person I couldve met at the time I met you met him. Im sorry Rebecca for your loss, but you were blessed with a wonderful person. My husband and I during that time was in search of a home, and Jim provided just that, he will be missed greatly I looked him up and I realized hes now going on with the father.

Jim was a kind and sincere man and all who knew him loved him. He walked this earth and lived with integrity and purpose. The world is less bright without your presence Jim.

The Wolverton family and friends have our condolences, he was a great landlord.

Rebecca & family, I was shocked and am so sorry to read of your loss. May God comfort and give you all peace and lots of wonderful memories. You are all in my thoughts and prayers, think of you so often. God's peace be with you all.
