Today is July 20, 2020. I had a fond memory of a landlord that I absolutely adored! It is sad in my heart to know that he has passed on Jim Wolverton was by far the best person I couldve met at the time I met you met him. Im sorry Rebecca for your loss, but you were blessed with a wonderful person. My husband and I during that time was in search of a home, and Jim provided just that, he will be missed greatly I looked him up and I realized hes now going on with the father.

Jim was a kind and sincere man and all who knew him loved him. He walked this earth and lived with integrity and purpose. The world is less bright without your presence Jim.

Rebecca and family:
May God continue o hold and comfort you through this time. I will cherish the times we shared with Jim talking about his travel, cars, and his dogs. He always walked away from me smiling. Rest In Heaven, Jim.
