Janet Marie Shimer

I enjoyed Jan's friendship for nearly fifty years, starting when we both worked for Pines of America. She was always so cheerful and had a contagious laugh. Jan and I enjoyed keeping each other up to date on our growing families. I will miss her.

I am deeply sad about Jan´s passing. We all had planned to visit her that week. Jan was such a wonderful person and I could not have ask for such an awesome stepmom to my (3) kids and Grandma to the grandchildren. She was so humble and loving to all and her smile lit up the room. We will truly miss her.
