Janet Snow Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Sep. 10, 2025.
Janet Ragan Snow, 64, of Eads, TN passed away on September 8, 2025. Born on October 3, 1960 to Joann Johnson Ragan (Longmire) and James O. Ragan of Jackson, TN, Janet was the third of five siblings. Janet moved to Memphis after high school where she met her loving husband, Sidney Snow, with whom she shared 38 years of marriage; two sons, William and Nathan; two daughters-in-law, Nicole and Laura; two grandsons, Nolan and Julian; and many nieces and nephews.

Janet had a servant's heart, which showed through her dedication to her family, service to the church, and generosity within the community. She worked with her church's Sacramental Ministry, assisted with the United Methodist Annual Conference, was a longtime member of the UWF, and volunteered in countless other ministries she felt called to over the years.

Janet will be dearly missed by the people she served, the family she loved, and the friends she cherished.

Visitation will be on Friday, September 12 at 1:30PM at Collierville United Methodist Church followed by a Memorial Service at 3PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you send donations to Collierville United Methodist Church in honor of Janet Snow.
