Janine was a very close cousin, sister to me sharing family memories from the West Coast over decades.. I grew in Boston, across the country, thousands of miles away.. Distance never mattered as we shared times in Seattle, Boston, and Florida over the years. Even when Janine was on missions , I enjoyed her wonderful letters, inspiration. She was incredibly inspirational to me with the loss of my mom, dad, brother, husband... Janine also guided me with the loss of our uncles, aunties, her mom, her brother Artie. Janine represented what is special about strong faith, loving families and respecting the geneology of our families.. My brother Bob, and Janine, were tight sharing their discoveries in our family tree, each relishing every new descendant they came across.. I am sorry I was not able to attend her funeral, and even come see her during covid outbreak lasting over 2 years..Sending love, comforting prayers /hugs to her large family.. It is because of Janine, they all know of me...Thanks Janine for the love, warmest memories we shared.. I will always remember you and carry you in my heart... <3 Barbara

What a touching funeral honoring Janine. We learned more about her and all the service she has given her entire life. What a wonderful, kind, giving, generous person she was. We appreciate all her love, time and support for our daughter Marianne. Janine was a blessing to her as well as ourselves and the love that she shared with so many people. We love you Janine and will see you again.

Janine was such a blessing to me. Renting from her was such a blessing in my life - both professionally and emotionally. Her kindness and generosity made my life better and happier. She made me feel like an extra adopted niece. I will always remember the examples she set of optimism mixed with realism as well as her dedication to the church, service, and taking care of "her" missionaries. I could tell she was a great nurse and I know she was a great gardener! Janine changed my life and I will really miss her. I'm grateful we know we will get to see our friends again in heaven.
