Jason MIDDLETON Obituary
He is now safe in the arms of Jesus. Jason passed away peacefully, surrounded by family on October 14, 2014 at the age of 49. Loving father of Kyle, Brittany, and Adrian. Beloved son of John and Doreen, and brother of Jeffrey (Marina). He will be sadly missed by many relatives and friends. Visitation and Services will be held at Woodvale Pentencostal Church, 205 Greenbank Road, Ottawa on Friday, October 17, 2014. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. – 11 a.m., with Funeral Service commencing at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at Capital Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Woodvale Pentecostal Church. Online condolences may be made at www.capitalmemorial.ca.
