Hey son miss you Jason really can't believe you're going 7 years today just breaks my heart every time I have to think about approaching this day the night is so long I often wondered why I could never hear you next to me that night I will never get over you not being here I just go on living every day one day we will meet again when God feels fit but your legacy continues to live on with all the great friendships you made with friends and loved ones your nieces and nephews are getting big they ask about you all the time they say you're always in the sky watching us it makes me cry to hear say that but I know you are safe from this crazy world we live in and you're also safe not worrying about loving anyone I know you love us all. We will continue on with your legacy and honor you every birthday and every year at this time love you unconditionally with all my heart. Jay - from mountainville to seeing each other around Allentown years after high school and college ended, your talks would always remind me to be a better person, to do big things... Your friendship was valued tremendously, whether you knew it or not, I hope you know it now. It was hard to be unable to cope with ones who loved you, being that I'm in AZ. But - through my trials and tribulations here, I often think of you and the last talk we had at Rosies. Forever rest in peace, forever watch over your family, and forever in our memories. - Keith

Jay,

You are a tremendous person and will be deeply missed. You showed me the ropes as a young athlete. You provided me with insight on the basketball court and football field. That started our friendship. As I got older, you took me under your wing and blessed me with knowledge about life, and women. I would never forget the good times my brother. We would argue for hours about Big Sean, J. Cole and other artist. It seems like yesterday when we were in your house watching your Florida State Seminoles advance to the College Football Playoffs. Bless your family and those who truly care about you from above. I write this with every emotion or feeling possible. Love you man.

To the entire Troxell family,

We are deeply saddened by the passing of Jason. Your family has always been a special family to us and you have raised some of the nicest most respectful children I have ever met.

From meeting your family at Mountainville when the kids were small you were always nice to my children and our family has a special fondness for Alvin as he shares a special friendship with Quinn.

When my daughter Caitlin had the tour of Millersville it was Jason that walked around with us on the tour and he was just the nicest young man and helpful, funny and so polite.

May your memories of Jason bring you comfort in the days ahead and from our family to your family we send our love and prayers to all of you.

To the Troxell family, I am so sorry for your loss. Jason was such a great kid! Dave, all your kids were a pleasure to have as students at Allen- kind, friendly, involved, giving. I remember kids by their smiles, and I'll never forget Jason's. He would stop in my office often, just to say hello, talk, or just hang out. And whoever was in my office at the time, couldn't help but smile too as he had that affect on people. It was my privilege to know him and to have him as a student, truly.

You brightened the room with your smile. Your laugh is unforgettable. Your smile was contagious and further most one or the best comforts in a sticky situation. Thank you for all your love and support through the years. I could go on and on but you know how loved you are by myself and everyone else. Thank you for the all the cherishable memories and thanks for always being the friend/brother you could count on. I love you and will miss you always angel. My memories of Jason always include a smile. Whether it was the one he constantly flashed as an excitable, cocksure kid or the knowing, almost Zen-like grin he broke into easily years later. You could not know Jason without liking him. He was (shedding tears as I write was') friendly, kind, and loyal. In a word, beloved. And though I've only seen him a handful of times over the past two decades, I will miss him.

Jason I will always remember you for the smile you always had on your face and the positive attitude you had . That smile looking down on us must be the biggest smile ever . Someday I will see you again until then I know that we have another angle watching over us . God took you home from this world way to soon, but we will never know why he take some so young. Only the good moves on to heaven at a young age . God bless your family at this time, when no parent should ever have to bury there child, what a nightmare, but for real.
