Dear Linsey
I have many fond memories working with Jay. We used to med monitor clients at their homes, it was not unusual to bring can of cat food along with us. He would always comment that they needed their dinner. He loved everyone's pets. Jay was a wonderful guy that loved his job and was always willing to help anyone. He's at peace now and every one will sure miss him. May he rest in peace

I don't think we ever saw Jay without a smile on his face. He and Lindsay shared a great love and took such very good care of each other. Rest in peace Jay.
