Jay Robert Fessler

Jay, a classmate of mine, please accept my sympathy.

Jay and I met at USAMPS, LAFB in '75. He was a bull, and worked hard at his craft. Later, he stayed in the MWD program, and was widely known for his knowledge and friendship. We spoke often since Tina's passing, and I know, JAY was ready to see her again. His health kept him home lately, but we spoke of seeing each other soon...

Jay was a wonderful Detector Dog Handler Course Chief at Lackland AFB, Texas and remained a dear friend thereafter. I miss him already but feel he is at peace with Tina now. I treasure the memories of times I was able to enjoy his company and spirit. My heartfelt condolences to his family.
