Jean LITTLE Obituary

Published by Vancouver Sun and/or The Province on Jan. 11, 2014.
LITTLE, E. Jean (Nee Campbell)
January 12, 1919 - December 30, 2013
Jean passed away peacefully at her cherished home in Vancouver, surrounded by her daughters and caregivers. Born in Chilliwack, BC, beloved wife of the late J. Douglas Little, dearly loved by her four daughters; Ann Little (Paul Read), Deb Treadgold (Tom), Janet Mathisen (Chris) and Joan Nichol. Dear Grandmother of Nova, Rachael, Courtney, Doug, Lara, Andrew, Alison, James and Charlotte. Predeceased by her brother Archie Campbell and sister Jocelyn Cahill. Jean was a proud graduate of VGH and UBC School of Nursing (class of 1942). She had passion for gardening, needlework, and fashion. She was always open to new adventures, and learning new things. Fondly remembered by her caring angels Darna and Liza. Dearly touched by Jacquie and Rosalinda. The family would like to express their sincere and heartfelt gratitude to the home care nurses, doctors from Pacific Spirit and the Staff at ABC Home Support. Jean will be remembered for her strength of spirit and compassionate heart.
