On April 3, 2013. Burial will be held at Parklawn Cemetery, 12800 Veirs Mill Rd., Rockville, MD. on Friday, May 10 at 1 p.m. Please meet at cemetery gate at 12:45 p.m. Donations may be made to the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation as a memorial to Judge Burton Berkley.
To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.

I was Judge Berkley's secretary at the Social Security Administration for many years and considered him a personal friend. He was a very caring person who was extremely dedicated to his family. I extend my heartfelt condolences to his wife and daughter and hope that they can find comfort in their memories and the fact that he led a full life. RIP Judge Berkley.
