Jean Packard Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Nov. 20, 2024.
Jean Emma Packard Jean Emma Packard, 74, of Marlborough, NH, passed away Monday, Nov. 18th, 2024, surrounded by love. She was born February 15, 1950, to Louise Huntley Packard and Merwyn D Packard.

Jean grew up and lived most of her life in Marlborough as a very active member of her community. She was a nurse and spent much of her time helping at the school, at her church, and caretaker for the Community House.

Jean leaves behind her daughter Cassandra Packard; twin grandchildren, Aurora-Jean and Bryn; her two sisters, Josephine Rhoades and Sandra Sumner; as well many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

She is pre-deceased by her mother, Louise Packard; father, Merwyn Packard; sister, Cherlyn Zeller; and all the friends, family, and pets she loved so much.

Calling hours will be Fri. Dec 6th at The Community House on Main St. in Marlborough from 4pm-7pm. A celebration of her life will be held Sat. Dec 7th at 10 am at the Federated Church of Marlborough and streamed online through the church's youtube page; although she would love to see her church filled with people she cared about. This will be followed by a light luncheon by the ladies of the church at the Community House.

Bring your happy stories and kids- she loved children and their laughter so much.

In Lieu of flowers, donations to The Federated Church in her memory are welcome.

We were classmates at Marlborough from first grade thru graduation. We enjoyed our time in Brownie's Club and other activities. She was a quiet one. May she rest in peace. Blessings to her family.
