Jean Tremblay Obituary
Jean Age 71, passed away June 11, 2017, surrounded by family and friends. He was born on December 21, 1945 to Albert and Marie Anna (Bibeau) Tremblay in Quebec, Canada. Jean married the love of his life, Jacqueline Gabbana, on May 5, 2017 in Las Vegas, NV. Jean enjoyed motorcycles as well as boating on the Chain of Lakes. He worked as a chemical engineer and was the inventor of the Thermbond binder system. Additionally, he was holder of many other patents. He was one of the founding members of Stellar Materials in Whitmore Lake, MI. Jean was a tremendous teacher, mentoring many on how to be a good person and friend. Jean was known for his amazing stories. He could always be counted upon and was constantly helping those in need. He was known for his large colorful personality. In the last few years Jean became ill but fought hard to battle that illness. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. His Family… Jean will be missed by his wife Jacqueline; his step-children, Aziz and Arianna Jan; his siblings, Pierre (Evelyn) Tremblay and Marcel (Patricia) Tremblay and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He is preceded in death by his sister, Huguette. His Farewell… Jean's Community Farewell will be held on Thursday, June 15, 2017 at 2pm at Holy Spirit Catholic Church 9565 Musch Rd., Brighton with Fr. John Rocus as celebrant. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Jean, you were a loving, fun, sweet brother-in-law. The best man at our wedding 50 years ago. Pierre and I have many fun memories to share of you. You will always live in our hearts. I remember how you and Pierre would end your conversations, with, "I love you Bro". We will miss you!
