Jean Wilson Obituary
Jean Ellen Gray WILSON Feb 16, 1946 ~ Mar 19, 2008 Longtime Seattle resident, phone company retiree, and watercolor artist returned to God after a courageous battle with cancer. Jeanne was preceded in death by her parents Edith (DeMoy) & Frank Gray of Bend OR, she leaves her husband, Scott Wilson of Seattle, sister, Sherrill Hart of Federal Way, brother, Clifford Gray of Bend OR, stepson, Jeffrey Wilson of Portland OR, stepson, Joshua Wilson, and grandsons, Garrett and Spencer of San Diego CA, and a multitude of beloved family and friends. Memorial Services to be held on Saturday April 12th at 4:00 p.m. at the Alki United Church of Christ located at 6115 SW Hinds St in West Seattle. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to The American Cancer Society or The Virginia Mason Foundation.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.

May the Lord's grace give comfort to each of us in our own need. May he give support as each of our needs indicate. May the Lord of hosts grant Peace to Jean Ellen and provide her a place to find her own portion of Heaven to live and love with her parents and to look down upon all of us and let us all know that she is with us always in our hearts.

Her share of tragedies she’s had; she’s weathered many storms.
So cheerful is her attitude; an icy room she warms.
By years she’s now advanced in life, just where she’d like to hold.
