I am in shock. I was just looking her up to get back in touch after years. She was so kind to me. I'm not the easiest person to get along with but she never had trouble at all. She had an aura about her. Thanks for letting me park behind your house!

You will be missed by so many.
Your love and care was a gift to us that we will cherish.
You taught me to wash my ears so I can hear the whispering of the universe.
I love you and always will.

On the back of dragon wings she rides. Soul full of songs of dreams. She shines bright in the stars of celestial light through the darkest of ever night.
My childhood best friend from Elementary through high school and a little beyond, Jeanne passed away into the great celestial starry night.
She was the reason that there was so much music that I picked up and listened to. She knew how to make me laugh and she knew that despite everything I wasn't as clueless as people thought I was.
I have a lifetime's worth of childhood memories with her into teenagerhood and a little beyond that. I am going to miss her more than I have words for.

I had the good fortune to know Jeanne during her years at GMES. I loved having her on my team, and especially appreciated her kindness and attention in training and coaching new hires and interns. I could always rely on Jeanne to challenge my thinking in work processes, as well as my thinking about the world in general. She was a good teammate and friend. My sincere condolences to Jeanne´s family and all her friends.

Jeanne's beautiful bright light will keep shinning on forever, never dimming, always glowing our hearts. Our Precious Jeanne lives on while someone speaks her name.

She was on loan to our corner of the world for such a short time. Perhaps she seldom knew how she brightened another´s space with her presence, but she did. I´m smiling and remembering a little girl in Seward and so grateful that she touched my life.

Dear Cousins, I am so glad to have met Jeannie after knowing her father Ben most of my life. We hit it off, but due to distance we´re unable to keep in touch. And then the illness. I know if she and I had lived closer we could have enjoyed talking about books, the family tree, current events and cats to our hearts´ content. Condolences to Ben, Irene, Ruthie and family. Warm hugs from me. - Cynthia Biddlecomb, her first cousin once removed

I didn´t personally know Jeanne but I know her dad, Ben Ikerd, a good Christian man. Jeanne sounds like a free spirit and a wonderful person. My condolences to her family and friends.
