Our family is saddened by the loss of dear Jeannette, and will miss her greatly. We will draw upon our own strength and the strength of loved ones that hold her in their thoughts.

Though I never met Ms Rose, we spoke many times this fall when she contacted me with her intent to establish a scholarship for the students of Sandwich. I could tell by our conversations what an intelligent and lovely person she was. She had a manner about her which made you want to be her friend. I enjoyed talking with her about the dear Henry T Wing School and her views on the importance of educating students in the area of science. I was truly saddened when I read of her passing. I extend my condolences to her family and friends.

We are very sad to know that Jeannette passed on. We have been trying to locate her since she moved. Friends in Sandwich were very concerned about her as she seemed not to want us to know her whereabouts. We send our love and deepest sympathy to her family. Much love, Jean (Richards) and Bill Unger.
