Jeff was an amazing human. When he took over the Enterprise Architecture team from me, I knew right away it was in great hands. Our one on one conversations were always jovial and open, I am honored for the brief time I got to know him.

One of my favorite moments with Jeff was when his entire leadership team met in Phoenix. After a great day of collaborating we went ATV riding (my first time going). We had so much fun together. While Jeff's health was deteriorating it didn't stop him from having an incredible time. Afterwards we went out for drinks and dinner and really got to know each other outside of our usual work environment. He was such an inspiring man and his legacy will live on at ServiceNow.

Jeff was an incredible leader and mentor but more importantly, an amazing friend. I learned so much from Jeff and he will be greatly missed.

Jeff help mold a beautiful family. He is the nicest guy around! Char and the girls have showed their love for him. And will keep showing the love he gave for them.

Although distance meant infrequent visits, Uncle Jeff always made me feel special, always greeted me with a genuine smile & enthusiasm. Treated me like his own daughter. He always put me at ease & was very comfortable to be around. I loved him & will really miss him.
Love,
