Jeffery Alan "Jeff" Jones

I met and worked with Jeff at Hayward Flow Control. I recently learned and was shocked of his passing. Jeff was always willing to drop what he was doing to help someone. He was willing and happy to provide guidance on actuation and controls... something he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about. I used to laugh whenever we had a function in NC and he would be wearing a jacket because he said it was too cold.. and it was 70 degrees outside. Being from Florida, he was used to a much warmer and humid climate. We shared many personal things in common and I will miss his passion and wit. Sometimes he would get a little too worked up about things but that was his nature. My sincere belated condolences to his entire family. He will be missed by many friends and colleagues.

Having just found this, I'm shocked and saddened. I met, and worked with Jeff closely whilst completing my work at the Frost Science Museum in Miami. Jeff was a 'real' and sincere person with whom I immediately established a friendship. Always supportive, and 120 percent a great human being.

Jeff will always hold a special place in my heart. He was a very understanding friend who always knew the right things to say. He loved his daughters and grandson with all his heart! They were his life. You will be missed my friend, so much more than you would have ever realized. God speed Jeff.

We met Jeff when he worked for Hayward. He was a straight to the point, genuine person. I appreciated that tremendously. Over the years we developed a friendly relationship that I will always remember. He will be missed. Condolences to his entire family during this time.

We met Jeff at the AALSO and became good friends over the years. It is with a sad heart to hear he has passed. We all had many good conversations, and we will miss them-our condolences to the family and friends.

My memories of Jeff were of positive from the heart meaningful conversations. I spent a brief few years working with Jeff at Hayward. He was a top notch professional and always stopped what he was doing to help. I do recall a story he told me about a large rattlesnake & it´s family under his house. I believe it hangs in his office. My deepest regards and. Condolences to Jeff´s family. See ya on the other side brother!

We have had the pleasure to know Jeff over the last few years. He was such a fun and caring person. We enjoyed getting to know him and hearing his large repertoire of stories! RIP, Jeff. I will always remember and cherish our friendship and the work we shared. You were my friend and mentor and in hiring me to come to Hayward and to work with you, you helped me out of and through a very tough time in my life. Thanks, Jeff, and God´s speed!

I met Jeff through work as our Hayward Vendor contact and attending the AALSO trade shows. We kept in touch after he changed territories and then companies. He was a kind and professional man. I loved his stories and he had fun telling them. He adored and truly loved his family, he would glow and had the biggest smile when talkin about them. My Prayers and Condolences go out to his family, friends and colleagues. RIP Jeff, you will be missed.

I had a chance to know Jeff on a professional level and always enjoyed working with him. We developed a strong relationship because of his passion and genuine joy for life, and he left an indelible impression on me. I will miss him.

Jeff and I were very different people on a personal level, but incredibly connected on a professional level. We traversed the controls and automation industries together for more than 25 years, always learning from each other's fields of expertise. He left too soon, with so much more to give, doing what he enjoyed. May my friend forever rest in Peace.

To Jeff's family, my family, the Persuitte family located here outside of Pittsburgh passes along our deepest condolences. I only knew Jeff a short time but quickly came to realize he was a pro's, pro and a gentleman to boot. May his memory be eternal.

I am celebrating Jeff's life as we had so many good times and memories while working together at Hayward in NC and on our business trips. He was one of a kind and won't be forgotten. R.I.P Jeff. My thoughts are with his family during these hard times. Andreas
