Dear Jeff:

I wished I could have been there to support your family, they are having such a hard time trying to understand what happened. They all miss you and are trying so hard to cope with all of the sadness. If you are in heaven looking down on them, try to ease their pain and sorrow if you can. I wish I could have been your friend.
