Kate, Brittany and Logan,
Just found out of Jeffs passing and was so shocked! Your family played such an important part of my sons life. Trevor and Logan have been friends since pre school! I never had the opportunity to say how sorry I was to have parted the way we did. But I often thought of you all and was very thankful that Trevor had you. I'm so deeply sorry for your loss. In time I pray that God will heel your broken hearts. Jeff was a one of a kind guy! Just looking at him you could tell how much he loved his wife and children! With Loving Thoughts-Always! JB

Jeff Brink, one of the greatest friends I've ever had, and hilarious roommate, with memories too many to recount here, (and besides that, you just had to be there!) What a privilege it was for me to have Jeff as my friend, and as a brother sent from God. To his daughter Brittany and son Logan, I haven't seen you since you were very young, my heart goes out to you and aches for you, as I remember what it was like to lose my dad at about your age. I wish you could have known your dad like I did as a friend, he had such a big heart and not a mean bone in his body, and I can only guess that he was just as great as a dad to you, and I would say that you were very lucky to have one like him. Remember him well, because he was truly a unique man, a lover of people, so gregarious, full of energy, about as close to a force of nature as anyone can get. To you both and your mom Katie, and Jimmy, Diane, and Douglas, my condolences and sincere sorrow for this great and sudden loss of Jeff and the place he has in our hearts. God bless us all with whatever each of us needs to continue on with our lives, and in His love and the love that Jeff wholeheartedly gave to us.

Farewell my brother. When I heard this sad news, for some reason The Dylan Thomas poem "Do Not Go Gentle Into That Good Night" sprung to mind. Why? because that poem has the message to live boldly, with gusto, conviction and burn with life to the very end. That my friend was you. So many memories. My thoughts and prayers are with the family. Am making a bet that you are already setting up a Highland Bar on the other side and working with John and Elvis on an open mic night....

So sad and heartbroken to hear of Jeff's passing. I got to know Jeff at PA State Stores, he would come and buy alcohol for his Bar because I work there in West View . He was always a good man and tell me some hunting stories and show me some pictures. Jeff may God rest your soul in peace . You will be missed
