As a cousin to Jeff and his special family we always enjoyed spending reunion time as Jeff would light up any room with his kindness and good humor. He reflected his parent´s view of life and adventure and will be remembered for his thoughtfulness. Our hearts go out to his beautiful family and friends.

I met Jeff when I was in 7th grade. I would walk to Reed School with my friend Karen to watch my brother, Gary, play baseball. Jeff was kind and had a wonderful smile! Many good childhood memories! My condolences to Colleen & Jeff's family! Donna Liimatainen

Spent 8 years with Jeff at Reed Grade School. He was a great classmate. He was a gifted athlete but never came across as a jock. He was humble, kind and had a great sense of humor.

Such a nice guy - my memories go so far back since I was a classmate of his at Reed Grade School. Knew his dad, Dan Carlson from the Jewelry and Metalsmithing Class at JJC, staring in the late 1990's.

From the time Jeff got out of his car at a job site he instilled a positive attitude toward the next 8 hours . Apprentices, journeymen and foreman all were enthusiastic about the day they were going to have . He insisted that we have a great time no matter what tast we were handed. And he delivered. A great carpenter but better human being. Love you Jeffrey.

I wish to offer my deepest sympathy to Colleen and the entire Carlson family. May the Good Lord give you strength and courage during this difficult time.
Jeff was a great teammate, classmate and friend. We spent countless days together on the baseball fields in Lockport playing in Little League, Pony League and at LTHS. He was an outstanding shortstop with a gun for an arm. He could play the game, a true natural.
Although it had been over 40 years since we last spoke, it seems like those good times together happened only 2 or 3 weeks ago.
May you Rest in Peace Clue! Somewhere in heaven there's a team looking for a good shortstop.
