ANDERSON — Jeffrey Eugene Harless, 51, of Anderson, died July 22, 2009, at Methodist Hospital after an extended illness.
He was born April 14, 1958, in Pendleton and lived most of his life in the Anderson area.
He was employed in janitorial for A.U., Sparkle Cleaning and 2 Men and a Truck. He was an avid fisherman.
Survivors include his wife of 25 years, Denise (Addison) Harless of Anderson whom he married August 20, 1983 in Elwood; seven children, Loraine (Brian) Young of Anderson; Kyle (Macy) Harless of Muncie, Natalie Harless and fiancé Jonathon Basicker, Zachary (Talisha) Harless, Ginger Harless, Emily Harless and Benjamin Harless all of Anderson; sister, Sharon Tate of Arkansas; six grandchildren; special family members, Cyndi, Mason and Claire Harshman and Morgan Addison; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Helen Harless.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery Chapel with Brother Lawrence Leeman of General Assembly Church of the Firstborn officiating.
Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until the service at Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery Chapel.
Rozelle Johnson Funeral Service handled the funeral arrangements.
