Jeffrey Alan Scott

Jeffrey Alan Scott, loving son to Jack and Becky Scott, brother to Jessica (Scott) and Mario Pisano, favorite uncle to Lucio and Gio Pisano, nephew, cousin, friend to many, and Kitty's person, passed away suddenly from cardiac arrest on January 13, 2024.

Jeffrey was born in Salt Lake City, grew up in Solon, OH and returned to Salt Lake to attend The University of Utah. He earned his Masters Degree in Informations Systems and loved working with his computer designing and managing websites for various companies. He worked at Canadus Technologies along with his Dad and Mario, as Marketing and Website Manager. He was our go-to person for movie recommendations, fix-it issues or technology incompetency and would help anyone that needed a helping hand.

Jeff always said he wanted to push buttons. Not the figurative kind, he was a kid, so everything back then was literal and more than likely irrational. Yes, Jeff was like Buddy the Elf pushing all of the buttons in the elevator. And boy did he make it to the top floor. He doesn't need his snowmobile or mountain bike to climb to the summit, nor his camera or his drone to capture the best shot or check out the terrain, now. He's up there pressing play enjoying the birds-eye view from heaven. Meanwhile, we are taking pause to reflect and remember. We would graciously appreciate you reaching out to share your favorite memories of Jeff with our family while we learn to accept that pressing rewind isn't an option.
