Jeffrey Allan Starn, 18, of Breakiron Hill Road, Morgantown, died at his residence on Wednesday (Dec. 19, 2007). He was born Jan. 19, 1989, in Mariano Rugue Alonso, Paraguay. He is the son of Eric Guy Starn and Elizabeth Ann Cook Starn of Morgantown. He is survived by his twin brother, Jason Adam Starn, of Morgantown; grandmother, Alice Virginia Shelton Starn of Fairmont; uncles and aunts, Gary and Carol Starn of Grafton, Tim and Barbara “Bob” Starn of Fairmont, Raymond and Ella Cook of Fairmont and Richard Cook of Fairmont. He is also survived by many cousins and his pet pit bull “Angel.”He was preceded in death by three grandparents, Emmit Guy Starn, Grace Sawyer Cook and Elmer Lee Cook; and an uncle, Lloyd Lee Starn. He was previously employed with several construction companies in the Morgantown area and had recently worked at the Cracker Barrel Restaurant in Morgantown. He attended South Middle School, Morgantown High School and Mountaineer Challenge Academy. He was a former member of Cub Scouts Pack 77 and Boy Scouts Troop 77 both of Morgantown. He played Pony League Baseball for the Morgantown Baseball Association. He also played youth soccer and basketball for many years. He enjoyed racing motor cross in the Paul Koontz Circuit and Pyramid Valley Raceway at Lost Creek. He won numerous championships. He also enjoyed drawing, listening to music and chatting on the Internet. Memorial contributions may be made to MAYSP, 160 Chancery Row, Suite 4, Morgantown, WV 26505. The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. today at Ford Funeral Home, Ford Chapel, 201 Columbia St., Fairmont with Pastor Dan Brown officiating. The committal service will follow in the Grandview Memorial Gardens. Condolences may be made to the Family at www.FORDFUNERALHOMES.com.

Eric, Jason, & Liz.. I'm sorry about whats happened & I know how you feel. But you all know that if you need anything at all, to talk.. Anything, you can call me any time & I'll talk to you.. Jeffs smiling down on us right now & watching over us.. He's happy & safe. Just remember, if you need anything at all you can call me or my mom..
